Who we are
Tim Wucher
I founded goArid with the vision to make traveling fun and easy. Originally from Germany, I moved to Namibia in 2018 to pursue my passion for engineering and adventure. After completing my degree in Namibia, I have a degree in mechanical engineering and worked in the mining and construction sector in several areas. In 2021 I decided to turn my attention and experience to something I'm passionate about: mountain biking. It's passionate about mountain biking, trying new things and making every journey an unforgettable story. I'm passionate about mountain biking and am happy to provide advice on camping equipment, routes and everything you need to make your adventure.
Fabienne Rosin
I am originally from Germany, but have been able to call Namibia home since 2019 when I moved here to study. I love the sunny weather, the beautiful and diverse nature and the endless expanse of the country. In my free time, I enjoy goArid, working on creative projects, and going camping with friends. I love the outdoors and the freedom it brings. But I have discovered hiking as my new passion. I joined the goArid team in June 2025 and am focused on providing you with an unforgettable customer experience.
