Parties Involved

In these Terms & Conditions, “goArid” refers to the online platform that facilitates car rental bookings.

“Customer” refers to any individual or entity using the goArid platform to book a vehicle.

“Partner” refers to independent car rental companies that offer vehicles through the goArid platform.

All rental agreements are entered into directly between the Customer and the Partner.

goArid acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to the rental agreement.

General Terms

goArid operates solely as a booking facilitator and does not provide car rental services.

The rental agreement, including all rental-specific terms, is between the Customer and the Partner.

All rental-related conditions, including pricing, vehicle condition, insurance, and cancellations, are defined by the Partner.

goArid’s responsibility is to provide information that is as accurate and up to date as possible.

goArid aims to make relevant options and information available to Customers but does not guarantee the performance of the Partner.

Customer Payment Terms

Payment requirements depend on the Partner and the selected offer.

Customers may be required to pay the full amount at booking, pay a deposit with the balance due later, or pay on site.

goArid processes payments on behalf of the Partner.

goArid does not charge Customers any additional booking or service fees.

Applicable payment terms are clearly displayed at the time of booking.

Partner Payouts

Partners receive payouts from goArid according to their agreed payout schedule.

Payouts may be made instantly after customer payment, prior to vehicle pickup, or after pickup.

Payouts may be made on a gross basis or a net basis after deduction of goArid’s commission.

Commission structures and payout terms are governed by the agreement between goArid and the Partner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are defined solely by the Partner’s terms and conditions.

goArid does not impose or charge its own cancellation fees.

If a cancellation qualifies for a refund and the funds are still held by goArid, goArid will process the refund.

If funds have already been transferred to the Partner, refunds must be requested directly from the Partner.

Booking Changes

Customers may request booking changes subject to vehicle availability.

No additional fee is charged for making changes through goArid.

Any difference in rental price resulting from a change will apply.

Insurance & Liability

Insurance coverage is provided by the Partner and not by goArid.

All insurance terms, including coverage, exclusions, and excess amounts, are determined by the Partner.

goArid does not provide, recommend, or manage insurance products.

Customers are responsible for understanding the insurance terms applicable to their rental.

goArid is not liable for damages, fines, losses, or disputes arising from the rental.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as provided, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

Customers are responsible for all fines, penalties, damages, and costs incurred during the rental.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the rental must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Partner.

goArid may provide booking-related information where relevant.

goArid is not responsible for the outcome of disputes between Customers and Partners.

Use of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with goArid’s Privacy Policy.

Customer data may be shared with Partners solely for the purpose of facilitating bookings.

goArid does not sell personal data to third parties.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect customer information.
